All orders are expected to be shipped within 48 hours. Weekend orders are expected to be shipped on the following working day. A courier tracking code will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped. If you do not receive the tracking code even after checking your junk mail, please contact our customer service team.
To calculate the shipping for your order, continue through checkout to the Delivery stage. All available shipping methods and fees will be updated according to your location. *Important: Shipping time does not start counting until your order ships out. All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out.
Delivery time varies based on your destination and your selected courier service. For EXPRESS SHIPPING (e.g. FedEx), all orders are expected to arrive within 2-6 business days in major cities internationally. For STANDARD SHIPPING, all orders are expected to arrive in around 6-12 business days. For some other remote destinations, please expect an additional 1-2 weeks of shipping time.
If you want to make any changes of the order please email our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org right away with your order number and purchaser name. No change would be applied if your order has already shipped.
The shipping address cannot be changed after the order is submitted. Please make sure you use a correct and detailed shipping address when checking out.
Tracking number will be updated within 48 hours after your order shipped out from the warehouse. If you didn't receive any tracking number out of normal time period, please check your email trash box or contact our Customer Service.
StrapXPro offers a 7 days return. All returns must be thoroughly communicated and confirmed by our customer service team before sending back. Customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees and do provide a return tracking code. All returns must be unworn in their original condition together with all original packaging. The refund (deducted after shipping fees) will be credited back to the credit card used once the product is returned in its original condition and checked by our customer service team. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you have important issues with your orders. Make sure to use your registered email address when communicating with us, it will be easier for us to identify your order.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please get in touch with me with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Only incorrect or defected items are eligible for an exchange. For defective products, only unworn products in their original packagings are accepted. Kindly email and report for an exchange within 7 days upon shipment arrival. Please contact our customer service team for further details.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund credit to be processed. Once your store credit has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Should there be no further update after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance from our support team.
It can take up to three or four weeks for our warehouse to process a return if they aren't alerted to expect the shipment in advance. Advance notice of returns allows us to process exchanges or credits much more quickly; if you haven't reached out and you haven't heard from us, send us an email here, with your order information and the tracking number of your return shipment, and we'll help get your return processed as quickly as possible.
Only unused watch straps with original packaging are eligible for return. Accessories with metal parts can be scratched easily, once the protective film is removed, it is non refundable.
1. Make sure you have the correct address entered;
2. There may be a delay in receiving order completion emails; Give it a couple minutes;
3. Please check your junk/spam folder as your email might have been received in those folders.
If you have entered incorrect email or still couldn’t find the order confirmation, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Leave us your order details and we are more than happy to retrieve your order status.
The USPS tracking message may indicates parcel not received after order is being shipped, please allow 3-5 days for the parcel to handover to USPS before tracking is available.
