Preparation for Shipping

All orders are guaranteed to ship within 48hours or sooner Monday to Friday (Public Holiday excluded); the arrival time will depend on your selected preference of shipping at checkout. Several shipment options are available from StrapXPro's website and delivery time will depend on carrier chosen. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has left our facility.


All items will be shipped SF Express or standard local post service (Registered mail) unless otherwise requested at check out. Orders placed after 10a.m. local time will ship on the next business day.


All international orders will be shipped Standard International Priority Post Services or FedEx Express Services (options) . Any Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. All customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to.

When purchasing from StrapXPro, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; StrapXPro has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We do not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs.

Note: No refund or reship the order  if recipient reject to paying import tax and reject to receive the parcel.

Reroute of Shipment - Rerouting charges

Customers will be charged USD15.00 (service charges may be varied upon to the service providers) for rerouting shipments. i.e.: request to change address after parcel dispatched or courier failed to deliver parcel due to incorrect/insufficient address.

Note: (1) No address can be changed for the Standard Shipping once the order shipped out. (2) No refund or reship the order if recipient refuse parcel upon delivery or request to cancel order after order dispatched.

Unsuccessful delivery

Normally all post service offer three delivery attempts requesting you to contact them within two days to arrange for re-delivery. Please contact the shipping carriers for further assistance. If the re-delivery is still unsuccessful (or incorrect  delivery address), the relevant products of your order will be considered as cancelled and you will be subject to a full return shipping fee of your selected shipping method plus 10% of restocking fee.
