We offers a 7 days return. All returns must be thoroughly communicated and confirmed by our customer service team before sending back. Customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees and do provide a return tracking code. All returns must be unworn in their original condition together with all original packaging.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund credit to be processed. Once your store credit has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Should there be no further update after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance from our support team.
Our return policy allows you to return unworn products for ANY reason within 7 days of having received it for refund.
- Return-eligible items will be accepted within 7 days of delivery date.
- 10% of your payment will be deducted as re-stock fee.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear custom.
- If the parcel arrived as damaged, items missing, incorrect items sent, or cases related as such, customers are expected to notify us within 48 hours after delivery.
- Any returned product must remain in unworn, original condition, and in its original packaging.
If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.
